PCT - Noise Abatement Offices
Noise complaints are handled either by airport management or the noise abatement office of the departure
/arrival airport. While the FAA works closely with airport management and public groups to develop and refine
noise procedures, it is not Potomac TRACON's jurisdiction to process noise complaints.
