Section 1.3
Part 1, Section 1 provides a general description of the ASOS and the scope of the 120-Day Re-Assessment Plan. Part 1, Section 2 explains the purpose of the site visits, gives background information on each site, presents a synopsis of the comments made by the users during the site visits, and identifies the issues that emerged from the user input. Part 1, Section 3 defines the evaluation methodologies used in the re-assessment. This section addresses the purpose of each methodology, identifies the sites chosen to be studied, outlines the assumptions made prior to the start of the analysis, explores the methodology utilized, and presents the results of the study or analysis. Part 2 looks at the conclusions based on the results of the methodologies and proposes recommendations for future action.
