Gregg is an Air Traffic Control Specialist who has been employed by the FAA
since 1982. He was a terminal supervisor, Plans and Programs and Training specialist in
the Providence ATCT. He has been involved in the Aeronautical Data Link program since
1988, and spent time at National Headquarters in 1992 and 1993 on detail, and was selected
for a permanent headquarters position as a requirements specialist in 1995. He is
currently acting as the ATS lead for the Aeronautical Data Link team. |

John is an electrical engineer who has been employed by the FAA since 1975.
For eight years he was a member of the senior staff as well as a field engineer at
regional headquarters. He served as a Principal Evaluation Engineer for two years.
At the FAA Headquarters, John has been the Program Manager for Navaids Acquisition and
Development and the Navigation and Landing Life-Cycle Manager/System Maintenance Engineer
for five years. He was the ATS IPT Lead for the NAS Infrastructure Management System
Integrated Product Team for two years, and as currently the Enroute Communications IPT
Lead. |

Fred came to the FAA in 1990 after a 20 year career in the US Navy, where
he provided lotistics for such platforms as the P3, A6, and T-45 aircraft, and the
Presidential Helicopters. Within the FAA, he worked on the Oceanic Display and
Planning System (ODAPS), Traffic Management System (TMS), Conflict Resolution Advisory
(CRA), ATCT/TRACON Establishment, Replacement, and Modernization, Aeronautical Data-Link,
Remote Maintenance Monitoring System (RMMS), Large Airport Cable Loop Systems, Dallas/Fort
Worth Metroplex, the Southern California TRACON (SCT), and was the Project Lead for the
Environmental Remote Monitoring System. He was the Logistics Product Lead in support
of NIMS and is currently working on ICMM. |

Les has been employed by the FAA since 1969. He served as an Air
Traffic Control Specialist, Training Specialist, Traffic Management Specialist, Automation
Specialist, Area Supervisor, and Assistant Manager for Automation in Miami Air Route
Traffic Control Center, and Assistant Manager for Quality Assurance at Washington Air
Route Traffic Control Center. In 1992 he was assigned to Washington Headquarters as the
Manager, Advanced Systems, ATZ-110. He has been employed as an Integrated Product
Team Lead since 1996, and worked on the NAS Infrastructure Management System IPT, and as
the ARS requirements lead for Information Security. He is currently part of the ARN
Implementation Team for Core Compensation. Les has an Associate Degree in
Aeronautical Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical Institute. |

Beau is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, earning a degree in
Political Science in 1967. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Logistics
Managment from the Air Force Institute of Technology in 1974. He resigned his regular Air
Force commission in 1980 but was recalled to active duty in 1988 and served 9 more years
on the Air Force staff as a logistician in the Pentagon. Beau was awarded the Bronze Star
in Vietnam. He has been associated with the FAA since 1997, working as a
logistician. |

DOUG DAVIS

Doug Davis began his career with the FAA in 1984.He
held the positions of Traffic Management Coordinator (TMC), Military Operations
Specialist, and Airspace/Procedures Specialist. In 1991, Doug transferred to Regional
Headquarters in Atlanta, GA, as the Air Reserve Forces Liaison Officer, and then served as
the Traffic Management Specialist. In 1993, Doug returned to Jacksonville ARTCC as a TMC
and in 1995 transferred to Atlanta ARTCC as an Air Traffic Control Specialist and
supervisor. In January, 1997, Doug moved to Washington, DC. In March, 1997, Doug was
assigned to the ATS GPS Product Team, and in March, 1998, became the Acting Product Team
Lead. |

Bob is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned
his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was employed by the United States Navy
from 1985 through 1995, serving as a logistician for various advanced avionics suites,
electronic warfare systems, and multi-service logistics initiatives. Bob has been with the
FAA since late 1995, and is currently the APML for the Wide Area Augmentation System
(WAAS) and Local Area Augmentation System (LAAS).

Mr. Howard spent 10 years in the defense industry as a
logistics engineer prior to joining federal service in 1988. Mr. Howard joined the FAA in
1992 as the Associate Program Manager for Logistics for the ARTS III/ARTS IIIE. Mr.
Howard holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from James Madison
University and a Master of Science in Systems Management (MSSM) from the University of
Southern California. He is also a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College
(DSMC) Program Management course. Mr. Howard currently serves as the Associate Program
Manager for Requirements (AF) for the Voice Switching and Recording Product Team (VSRPT) |

Ernie is an Aerospace Engineer and was Program Manager at NASA Headquarters
for Earth Observing System Communications and Data Operations. These included the level
zero processor and operational, scientific, administrative, and international networks

been with the FAA since December, 1996 as the ATS Lead on the Telecommunications
Integrated Product Team (TIPT).

Walter has been with the FAA since 1973 and an Air Traffic Control
Specialist since 1966. He has served as a supervisor in Air Traffic Control Towers
as well as TRACONS, and was the Manager of the Groton Airport Traffic Control Tower
. After Groton, Walter served in the New England Regional Headquarters, then became
the Assistant Air Traffic Manager at Bradley International Airport. He transferred to the
FAA's Washington Headquarters in 1995 and worked as a requirements specialist in the
Facilities area, and is currently the IPT Lead for Infrastructure. |

John began his FAA Career in 1986 as Facilities and Equipment field engineer
in the Western-Pacific region. He served as a Project Engineer from 1989 to 1991

projects, including the Southern California TRACON. In 1991, John became the
Regional Associate Program Manager for terminal automation, flight service, and weather.
He transferred to the Requirements and Life-Cycle Management Directorate in 1995, and is
currently the requirements lead for the NAS Infrastructure Management System (NIMS).

Greg Strier's career began in the New England Region working with the
F&E budget. In 1991 became an Associate Program Manager for Logistics (APML) at
Washington Headquarters. He has coordinated life-cycle support requirements for Research
and Development (R&D), and Weather programs, and is currently in charge of logistics
for the Air to Ground Communications IPT. Greg is also an active member in C
company, 3/116 Infantry, a Virginia National Guard unit which recently returned from a
nine month deployment to Bosnia. |

Dan entered the Naval Sea Systems Command Logistics Intern program in 1984,
and worked in several United States Navy facilities until 1992. He was Logistics
Manager for signal processors used in Navy, Air Force, and Army platforms, and worked on
the Navy's fibre optic program. Between 1992 to 1997 he worked as Logistics Manager
for the United States Coast Guard Vessel Traffic Services program, and for the National
Distress System. He joined the FAA in 1997 as Associate Program Manager for
Logistics for the Telecommunications Integrated Product Team, and supports BWM, DMN,
FAATSAT, FTI, Skylinks, LDRCL/RCL, and NADIN II. Dan has a BA in Liberal Arts from
Buffalo State University, a Master of Science from Cal State Hayward, and a Master of
Business Logistics and Transportation from the University of Toledo. |

Dave is retired from the US Army where he served 18 years as a logician.
After retirement, he worked as a logician for a logistics engineering company in the
Washington are before joining the FAA in 1993. Since then he has served as the
logistics lead for various R&D programs such as the Center Tracon Automation System
(CTAS), Survace Movement Advisor (SMA), and others in the Office of Air Traffic Systems
Development. He now provides logists management for surveillance products for the
Office of Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance Systems (AND). |

Tim Wallace currently serves as the ATS requirements specialist on a number
of surveillance programs including ASR-11, WSP, AMASS, and others. He started government
service in the US Army, where he maintained Air Traffic Control equipment from 1987-1991.
He left the Army and worked for the FAA at Dulles International Airport from 1991-1996 as
a radar/arts technician and started working at FAA Headquarters as an Electronics Engineer
in 1996. He is currently an Associate Program Manager for Requirements. |

Since joining the FAA in 1995, George has served as a logistics lead for
various product teams. His current assignments span the FAA's Acquisition Management
System (AMS) life cycle from Mission Analysis (ARSR decommissioning) and Solution
Implementation (Enhanced Traffic Management System replacement), to In-Service Management
(ARSR-4). He has served as Associate Program Manager for Logistics (APML) for the TDWR and
NEXRAD weather radars. From 1983 through 1995, he also served as an APML in the US Navy.
George has bachelors degree in Business Administration from Widener University and a
masters degree in Systems Management from Florida Institute of Technology. |
