National Simulator Program-Simulator Implementation Procedures (SIP)
Once a Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement (BASA) is signed by both parties, a Simulator Implementation Procedure (SIP) may be developed to peruse the mutual cooperation and technical assistance for each other's systems and standards for flight simulator qualification evaluations.
