Sun 'n Fun 2008 Information
This information is a supplement to the officially published FAA Notice To Airmen (NOTAM) regarding procedures established for VFR arrival and departure to the Lakeland Linder Regional Airport during the 2008 Sun 'n Fun Convention. This information is an effort to clarify those procedures with the use of photographs showing the entire route. Any differences noted between what is shown here and what is provided in the official FAA NOTAM should be brought to the attention of the Orlando FSDO web site contents manager.
Please make note of the fact that the old Orange Water Tower referred to in the arrival documentation has been repainted and is now White!!
Careful attention has been given to the accuracy of this information to insure it mirrors that of the FAA published Sun 'n Fun Arrival NOTAM. However, the Official FAA NOTAM takes precedence over any possible discrepancies shown here.
