FAA Part 91 and 129 Geographic Responsibility:

Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Burma, Cambodia, China, Cook Islands, French Polynesia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kiribati, Kwajalein (Marshall Islands), Laos, Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Tahiti, Taiwan, Thailand, Tibet, Tonga Islands, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Western Samoa.

FAA Part 145 Geographic Responsibilities:

China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Taiwan

Geographic responsibilities for Part 91, 121, 135 and 145 located in U.S. territories and possessions in the Pacific belong to the Honolulu FSDO.
