The Seattle IFU encompasses the following international geographic areas of responsibility:

• The Canadian Provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia south of 52 degrees north latitude.
• Designated oceanic areas include Oakland Center’s Flight Information Region that is north of a line from the intersection of the southern boundary of Oregon and the coastline to the northeast corner of the Honolulu Flight Information Region and Canada west of 100 degrees west longitude.
