Vendor Payments
The Federal Debt Collection Act of 1996 requires that contractor payments be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT). The Department of Treasury has mandated use of Central Contractor Registration (CCR) for EFT payments to contractors.
The Treasury Financial Communications System allows FAA to issue Letters of Credit (PDF) for State and Local grantees.
