Filing an EEO Complaint of Discrimination for Applicants
The Office of Civil Rights has established a National Intake Unit for current and former employees and applicants. The National Intake Unit will help you start, to Work It Out, and initiate the EEO Pre-Complaint process, if desired, when you call 1-888-WK IT OUT (1-888-954-8688) or 1-800-877-8339 (TTY relay service)!
The National Intake Unit became operational March 31, 2004. The duty hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, and via voicemail after duty hours, on weekends and holidays. All voicemail messages will be returned within 24 hours of the documented call (except for holidays and weekends).
