Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition (ODRA)
The ODRA dispute resolution process recognizes that it is in the best interests of the FAA and its business partners to work together to avoid and resolve acquisition related controversies in a timely and fair manner.
In accordance with the Acquisition Management System and applicable law, the ODRA provides dispute resolution services through the use of: consensual alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques, to the maximum extent practicable; and a flexible, efficient adjudication process.
