Mission:
Our mission is to provide Project Management guidance and expert support to efficiently implement FAA programs.

Objectives:
To improve project/program management efficiency through effective application of institutionalized practices by:

1. Developing organizational Project Management implementation policies, standard processes and plans
2. Implementing an integrated Project Management System to create and maintain program schedules
3. Providing Project Management expert support services to managers
4. Providing Project Management related administrative support services
5. Developing and implementing Project Management competencies through training and coaching
6. Providing regular and ad-hoc program management decision support information to project/program and senior managers

Purpose:
This site provides project management information that may be helpful to both experienced and new Project Management Practitioners, Project Managers, and Project Leads. It also provides links to Project Management-related information within and outside the FAA to help managers continuously improve the way the Technical Center practices project management.
