The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Academy, Airports and International Training Division (AITD) is committed to improving worldwide aviation safety by providing quality training and related services to the international community and FAA airports� personnel. Through technical assistance and related training, the AITD supports International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Member States and regional organizations. The AITD designs, develops, and delivers technical training for international aviation officials and also provides related training services such as training assessments and consultations.
Courses are available in Aviation Safety, Airway Facilities, Air Traffic, Airports, Aviation Security, Instructor Development, Management Development and Aviation English. Training can be delivered at the Academy or in-country.
The FAA Office of International Aviation is responsible for coordinating all of the FAA's international efforts and contains the International area offices & representatives.
