The safety review determines whether you can safely conduct your proposed operation. Because you are responsible for public safety, you must demonstrate you understand the hazards involved and discuss how you will perform the operations safely.

An applicant may submit data related to the policy review, safety review, and payload review together as a single package or separately.

Procedures for completing the Safety Review are described in 14 CFR Part 431.31- Part 431.47
