ICAO Flight Planning Contacts

To assist in the transition to the ICAO 2012 Flight Plan, the 2012 Transition Team will be monitoring the following email address and phone number on a 24 hour basis starting 0000Z (1900 EST) November 11 and continuing through at least November 16.

The Flight Data Units at each facility remain the primary contact for flight plans issues. However, users are encouraged to contact us via these methods for any questions regarding 2012 flight plan troubleshooting. Please note, issues sent via these methods of communication will be given priority. Issues sent via other normal means of communication may be delayed.
