This section provides schedule information and links to reference documents for Flight Plan Filer (FPF) testing. 

Key Dates:

  • Every Wednesday – Flight Plan Filers (FPF) Telcon
    • Time/dial-in information: (703) 925-5387 pass code 2777, 1-3 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time
    • Purpose: Discuss flight plan filing issues and standards
    • For additional information and to be added to the FPF address list, please contact diane.bodenhamer@faa.gov or jill.CTR.letourneau@faa.gov.
  • June 29, 2008 – All 20 U.S. domestic Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCC) will require International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Filed Flight Plan (FPL) for automatic assignment of Area Navigation (RNAV) preferential routes.  Filers of Domestic Flight Plan (FP) will be eligible for assignment of conventional procedures, only.
