Operations

Operations delivers safe, secure and efficient air traffic management services and aeronautical information to ATO customers operating in the national airspace system, as well as international airspace assigned to United States control.

There are four service units within Operations:

• En Route and Oceanic Services
• System Operations Services
• Technical Operations Services
• Terminal Services

In addition, Operations directs two ATO offices:

• The Office of Service Center
• The Office of Technical Training
