Air Traffic Control (ATC) Communications Services provides communications and telecommunications services consistent with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards required for air traffic control within the National Airspace System (NAS). It provides communications infrastructure and services for the Department of Defense (DoD) to ensure interoperability with the NAS.
