The Management Operations Branch is the administrative arm of the Flight Technologies and Procedures Division. Located in both Washington, DC and Oklahoma City, OK, the Branch supports the Division and its personnel by:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, Orders, Notices, and other documents;
  • Providing expert support for travelers and managing the GovTrip system for the Division;
  • Assisting in the creation of the Division budget and executing the final approved product;
  • Assisting in the development of Project Level Agreements with other Lines of Business;
  • Developing and managing contracts for AFS-400, other Flight Standards Division, AVS, ATO, and other organizations requiring this expertise;
  • Providing personnel services to the Division including CASTLE execution, training needs, hiring, retention, recruitment, and other needed services; and
  • Assists in the execution of the AVS QMS system and assists in developing and monitoring AFS-400 business and technical plans.
