Program Management Branch
- The Program Management Branch provides support for administrative and personnel management, labor relations, financial management, organizational planning, evaluations, and automation. The branch also:
- Plans, develops, and manages all training initiatives. It is the technical authority for funding projections and personnel skill set identification.
- Provides management with guidance in labor management relations, employment, personnel, pay, performance, Freedom of Information Act requests, Office of Inspector General and Government Accountability Office requests, and labor distribution reporting.
- Formulates, executes and monitors budgets for various organizational units, providing the full range of financial management activities in support of personnel, accounting, procurement, and other logistical activities.
