Rulemaking
The Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) Aviation Rulemaking Committee (ARC) submitted their Recommendations for sUAS Regulatory Development (PDF) to the FAA, April 1, 2009. It is anticipated that these recommendations will provide the framework for future regulatory changes to enable the safe operations of small unmanned aircraft within the National Airspace System.
