Applicability & Special Retroactive Requirements
Federal Aviation Regulation Part 27 applies to normal category rotorcraft with maximum weights of 7000 pounds or less and has nine passengers or less.
Retroactive requirements deal with occupant protection and maximum weights allowed for the aircraft.
