2011-2015 NPIAS Report
The Secretary of Transportation transmitted the 2011-2015 National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS) to Congress on September 27, 2010. The AIP-eligible development needs identified in this report were compiled in 2009 with selected updates through February 2010. The 5-year development totals shown in Appendix A will be used for calculation of FY 2011 and FY 2012 nonprimary entitlements.
