1. All private and nonscheduled commercial aircraft overflying need not obtain prior approval.
2. All private and nonscheduled commercial aircraft landing for commercial or noncommercial purposes must obtain prior permission from the Airport Manager, Faleolo International Airport, Apia, Samoa (Telegraphic Address: MALO APIA; Telex: None) at least 7 days prior to departure. Requests must include all information pertinent to the flight.
3. All nonscheduled commercial aircraft landing for commercial purposes should contact the Civil Aviation Division, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington 1, New Zealand (Telegraphic Address: CIVILAIR WELLINGTON; Telex: None) prior to departure to insure that all regulations governing commercial activity in Samoa can be complied with.
