1. All private and nonscheduled commercial aircraft landing for commercial purposes must obtain prior permission from the Secretary, Ministry of Labour, Works, and Communications, Private Mail Bag, Funafuti, Tuvalu (Fax: 688 20-722; Telex: TV18017) far enough in advance of flight to insure a response prior to departure.
2. All requests must include:
a. Name and address of applicant.
b. Type of aircraft and registration marks.
c. Date and time of arrival at and departure from Tuvalu.
d. Places of embarkation or disembarkation of passengers and cargo.
e. Number of passengers and type and amount of cargo.
f. Purpose of flight.
g. Name, address, and business of charterer, if any.
None reported.
Commanders of aircraft are advised to make early notification of flight to permit radio navigation aids to be in operation for the proposed flight.
