At New York AIFSS there are days and periods during the day when demand for services exceeds our capacity. Friday afternoons, Saturdays, and Sunday mornings are the busiest periods. Our peak period is generally between the hours of 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Chances of being delayed are greater during these periods. We are doing the best with the resources we have to keep delays to a minimum while still providing you with quality service.
