Resource Management Staff (ARS-10)

The Resource Management Staff is responsible within ARS for general management, administrative support, personnel actions, training, career development, facilities management, and Model Work Environment activities, etc.

Personnel Team

The Personnel Team handles all personnel actions for ARS personnel, including recruitment, and is the ARS focal for the Core Compensation pay plan and Performance Management.

Services Team

The Services Team is the ARS focal for labor relations, Model Work Environment activities, training, and awards implementation. Associated with this team also is the ARS Correspondence and Documentation Control office, which is the primary ARS liaison for coordination of correspondence with the Director, the Administrator's Executive Secretariat, the Secretary's office, and other major elements and FAA offices.

The services team is also responsible for physical security, logistics, and LAN management, and provides graphic support as well as management of the ARS Directives library.
