Computerized Voice Reservation System (CVRS)

Washington National Airport is one of four major airports designated under Federal Air Regulations Part 93, Subpart K as a High Density Traffic Airport (HDTA). As such, aircraft operators are required to have a reservation to land or depart between the hours of 6 AM and 12 Midnight, local time. However, there is a noise curfew which affects all operations between 10 PM and 7 AM local time and aircraft operators shall ensure that their aircraft is compliant with these limitations as well.

 


How do you make a reservation at Washington National Airport?

An IFR reservation can be made by contacting the Airport Reservation Office (ARO) by one of the following methods:

1. Call (703) 904-4452 to speak to the Reservations Specialist at ARO. They will assist with making your reservation

2. Call (800) 875-9694 to use the CVRS touch tone service to make a reservation.

3. Call (800) 875-9759 to reach the CVRS Bulletin Board via modem.
