Launch Details

TERRIERS / Pegasus XL

The Pegasus XL launch transporting the TERRIERS and MUBLCOM satellites to low earth orbit from Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB) was a success. The L-1011 carrier aircraft took of from VAFB at 12:09 am EDT with the release of the Pegasus at 1:09 + 40 seconds am EDT. The Pegasus launch vehicle performed nominally and delivered the payloads to their respective planned orbits.
