Aircraft & Aircraft Engines

To register an interest in eligible U.S. Civil Aircraft and aircraft engines with the International Registry, the interested party must:

  • File a completed FAA Entry Point Filing Form International Registry, AC Form 135, to obtain an authorization code to be used when making registration with the international registry.
  • The AC Form 8050-135 must be filed with documents executed March 1, 2006 or later, representing transactions meeting the requirements of Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 49.
  • The AC Form 8050-135 may be submitted in person, or by mail, with the related documents.
  • The FAA will review the AC Form 8050-135, only for completeness; stamp it with a unique authorization code, and return the authorized form to the filing party for use in entering the related interest(s) into the International Registry Database through the International Registry web page.

To register a Prospective interest in a U.S. civil aircraft and aircraft engines with the International Registry, the interested party must:

  • file a completed FAA Entry Point Filing Form International Registry, AC Form 135, to obtain an authorization code to be used when making registration with the international registry.
  • The AC Form 8050-135 submitted in connection with a notice of prospective interest may be submitted by fax since there are no documents to file at the time the unique authorization is issued.
  • The FAA will review the entry point filing form only for completeness; stamp it with a unique authorization code, and return the authorized form to the filing party for use in entering the related interest(s) into the International Registry Database through the International Registry web page.
