• Monitor and implement day-to-day operations of the DOT/FAA drug and alcohol-free workplace policy for the Region.
• Assist in monitoring treatment of FAA employees participating in agency-sponsored drug and alcohol rehabilitation program.
• Monitor performance of contractors providing collection and testing services.
• Provide guidance to regional management and labor officials concerning the Program.
