The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration in cooperation with the American Association of Airport Executives and the Safe Skies for Africa program will present a comprehensive international training course based on ICAO Annex 14 regulations.

The course is practically oriented and many of the sessions will take place on the airport. Participants will include airport inspectors and others from the civil aviation authorities with responsibilities for airport safety in East Africa as well as airport operating companies in East Africa.

  • Airport Certification and Inspection, Safety Management Systems
  • Wildlife Management
  • Runway Safety Action Teams
  • Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting
