Flying conditions are favorable west of the Rockies. Low clouds may lead to delays in Boston (BOS), the New York area (EWR, JFK, LGA) and Philadelphia (PHL) this morning, continue throughout the day in Boston and New York. In the Southeast, wind could slow traffic in Atlanta (ATL), and fog may affect Jacksonville (JAX) this morning. Thunderstorms off the Atlantic coast of Florida and in the Gulf of Mexico could affect flights along those coasts.
