This activity, Clinical Aviation Physiology Review for AME's, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 6 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. AAFP accreditation begins October 1, 2010. Term of approval is for one year(s) from this date, with option for yearly renewal.
I understand the Clinical Aerospace Physiology Review for Aviation Medical Examiners (CAPAME) course is
only to
be used as a prerequisite for a Basic Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) Seminar or for Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credit.
It is
not an acceptable substitute for AME refresher training.
