Aerospace Physiology Training Enrollment Instructions
Applying
When you call and are given a training date, we will send you an application and a confirmation letter. The application must be completed and mailed to the address provided no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled training. The non-refundable and non-transferable fee of $50, paid by check (issued on a U.S. banking facility) or money order, made payable to the Federal Aviation Administration must accompany the applicaton (See Note below). Take the confirmation letter, along with your current medical certificate and photo ID to the base on the day of training.
