In this AC, air carrier maintenance means inspection, overhaul, repair, preservation, and the replacement of parts, as well as preventive maintenance. When “must” or “will” are used in this AC, they reflect regulatory requirements. When “you” or “your” is used in this AC, it refers to the air carrier.
