Carrolyn J. BostickCarrolyn J. Bostick became the Assistant Administrator for Human Resource Management on May 7, 2012. She is responsible for strategic partnership with FAA leadership and human resource (HR) support of over 46,000 employees. Carrolyn provides executive leadership to HR programs and policies, operations, employee and labor relations, corporate learning and development, employee safety, and workers compensation.

Before joining the FAA, Carrolyn was the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management at Intelsat, a leading provider of fixed satellite services worldwide. In this position she was directly responsible for global HR policy and processes. She notably transformed the Intelsat HR practice from an administrative role to strategic business partner. Additional experience at Intelsat included management of the total rewards program, implementation of performance based compensation, and establishment of a global leadership academy.

In addition to Intelsat, Carrolyn held HR leadership positions at Potomac Electric Power Company (PEPCO), U.S. Fidelity and Guaranty Insurance Company (USF&G), Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), and Student Loan Marketing Association (SallieMae).

Carrolyn is a graduate of Howard University with an M.A in Organization Communication. She also holds a B.A. in Communications from Ambassador College. Professional affiliations include Board Member for the World at Work's Society of Certified Professionals, and memberships with National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, Organization Development Network, Society for Human Resource Management, Association for Training and Development, and International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
