  • Appointments with FAA Airworthiness Inspectors are scheduled only for the following:
    • Initial IA Certificate applications
    • IA Renewals – Please apply through IACRA
    • Name Changes
    • Airframe and Powerplant Rating Authorization
    • Repairman Applications
    • Nationality Changes
    • Gender Changes
  • Please apply through AWC for the following:
    • Ferry Permit
    • Renewal/Replacement/Modification of Airworthiness Certificate


  • Appointments with FAA Operations Inspectors are scheduled only for the following:
    • Name Changes
    • Nationality Changes
    • Gender Changes
    • CFI Renewals based on "Duties and Responsibilities"
    • Initial issuance of Gold Seal Flight Instructor certificates
    • DPE Applicants please apply through DMS
