The Office of Civil Rights is proactive in preventing discrimination by providing training opportunities to airport sponsors in the following areas of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise/Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE/ACDBE) program, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Limited English Proficiency (LEP), Environmental Justice (EJ), American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and other civil rights policies and regulations.
