Message from the Program Manager

Tim Fitzick

Welcome to the SE2020/2025 contracts website. The SE2002/2025 contracts provide support services for a broad range of Research, Service Analysis, Strategic Planning, Systems Engineering (SE), technical, financial, and programmatic, and other aviation related mission objectives that have enabled the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to accomplish its National Airspace System (NAS), Mission Support, and other aviation related mission objectives. Our current portfolio includes twelve prime vendors with over two hundred and fifty subcontractor teammates. Since 2010 over four hundred task orders with a total ceiling value in excess of $1.6B have been awarded under the contracts. Our Program Office provides customers with timely cradle to grave task order administration support with no administrative fees — allowing our customers to focus on their technical goals and ensuring the full amount of their limited funding goes to completing the work required.

During 2021 we plan to award a new contract portfolio, Systems Engineering and Technical Innovative Solutions (SETIS), to replace both the SE2020 and SE2025 contracts. The SETIS contract portfolio will be awarded to multiple small and large business vendors and will be similarly scoped to the legacy contracts with enhanced capabilities to support the FAA's top initiatives and research programs. Additionally the new SETIS portfolio will enable the FAA to further consolidate contract vehicles, leverage resources, and streamline contract administration operations. The SE2020/2025 Program and Contracting Offices are executing a transition strategy to ensure an orderly transition of SE2020/2025 task orders in anticipation of the move to the new contract portfolio. NOTE: The SE2020/2025 contracts can still support new customer requirements, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have a current need for a support services task order.

We remain committed to improving our program and our customer's contracting experience. We continuously leverage lessons learned to make enhancements and operational improvements to better assist customers in a more timely, efficient and cost effective manner. We hope our website provides you with a wealth of information about the SE2020/2025 contracts. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, and we look forward to assisting you with your support services contracting needs.
