Operations Support provides technical support to the Air Traffic Organization's service units, through a strategy of focused engineering, policy, data and in-service management.

We do this by providing the support structure, methodology, tools, procedures, performance monitoring and assurance, necessary for the proper operation and maintenance of the National Airspace System and the Technical Operations Service Unit.
