Industry Engagement in AIR Transformation

Throughout transformation, AIR leadership will engage industry partners to ensure relationships and company-specific knowledge are preserved. Selected activities for engagement will include:

Industry Focus Group Create an Industry Focus Group as a forum to facilitate collaboration throughout transformation efforts

Utilize the Industry Focus Group to begin immediate joint efforts on operational improvements (e.g. CPI Guide, applicant showing, etc.)

AIR Transformation Publications Provide updates on significant AIR transformation progress and initiatives Quarterly
AIR Transformation External Website Publish ongoing updates around AIR transformation efforts on a dedicated website to provide a timely and consistent flow of information Ongoing
AIR Transformation Questions Receive and answer questions regarding AIR Transformation to encourage ongoing dialog and feedback between AIR and industry Ongoing
Transformation Roadshows Provide an overview of AIR's future organizational design and other transformation efforts to communicate impacts to industry relationships and processes Post future organization detailed design

AIR Employee Engagement in AIR Transformation

AIR will conduct employee engagement and outreach activities designed to increase awareness, understanding, and commitment to AIR Transformation throughout detailed design. Selected activities for engagement will include:
