AIR Transformation

Improving Our Organization & Investing in Our People

A key element of AIR Transformation is organizational change. AIR's reorganization into functional divisions (PDF) will build necessary infrastructure to enable AIR's Transformation into a more efficient and effective Service.

  • Involvement of the Directorate and Division managers is increasing energy and engagement around the organizational change across the Service.
  • Extensive previous testing and evaluation of future alternatives by AIR's Organizational Design Concept (AODC) Team form the foundation for AIR's reorganization to a functional model.
  • A briefing on AIR's functional realignment (PDF) is available to help educate all external stakeholders about changes to AIR's organizational structure
