The IFP Systems Team assists in the design, development and maintenance of hardware and software services used in the standard development, evaluation, and certification of airspace systems and instrument flight procedures. We exist solely to provide quality service to our internal and external customers. Our Instrument Flight Procedures Automation (IFPA) program encompasses Aviation Systems Standard (AVN) Procedure Tracking System (APTS); Instrument Flight Procedure (IFP) databases, which include Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) and Fixes; Instrument Approach Procedure Automation (IAPA); and our future IFP design tool, Instrument Procedure Development System (IPDS).
We are dedicated in providing a "Gold Standard" to ensure a controlled process in which IFP design, data used, and ARINC records are entered into the National Flight Database after flight inspection is completed.
We are committed to providing outstanding customer service and to continue our customer focused leadership into the 21st century.
