24-2-1. SUBMISSION OF
PROPOSALS
Submit warning area proposals
to the service area office at least 7 months
prior to the desired effective date. The
following schedule is an estimate of the minimum
time needed to process proposals that require
only routine coordination.
NOTE-
Proposals that are complex or controversial
could require significantly longer processing
time than that shown in
TBL 24-2-1.
24-2-2. EXECUTIVE ORDER
10854 COORDINATION
In accordance with Executive
Order 10854, all warning area proposals must be
coordinated with the Departments of State and
Defense. This coordination will be accomplished
by Airspace Regulations and ATC Procedures
Group.
