====================================================================
This initial environmental review
should provide some basic
information about the proposed
project to better assist in
preparing for the environmental
analysis phase. Although it requests
information in several
categories, not all the data may be
available initially. However, it
does represent information, in
accordance with FAA Order 1050.1E,
Environmental Impacts: Policies and
Procedures, which ultimately will be
needed for preparation of the
environmental document. If the IFP
Environmental Pre-Screening Filter
is used for initiating the
environmental review process, then
the data must be entered into the
filter, making this form
unnecessary.
