Enterprise Control Centers (ECC)/Enterprise Data Services (EDS)
About Us
The primary functions of the Enterprise Control Centers/Enterprise Data Services are having responsibility for providing oversight and NAS impact mitigation of emerging NextGen technologies and services. As a Tier 1 help desk, the ECCs are responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, coordinating and reporting scheduled and unscheduled interruptions associated with enterprise related systems. The ECCs are comprised of three groups: System Wide Information Management (SWIM) Enterprise Control Center (SECC), Voice and Data Communications Enterprise Control Center (VECC), and the Navigation and Surveillance Enterprise Control Center (NECC).
