Community Involvement — Cleveland-Detroit

Status of Engagement: Post-Implementation

The Cleveland-Detroit Metroplex effort completed the Implementation Phase on September 13, 2018 and is currently in the Post-Implementation phase. The FAA issued a Final Environmental Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact and Record of Decision (FONSI/ROD) for the Project on April 30, 2018. The FAA will continue to assess and monitor the environmental impact of this effort. As this project progresses, we will update this page with status information of this Metroplex effort in your community.

The FAA invites the public to review the documents presented during informational workshops in November 2017. For an overview of the current updates to the Cleveland-Detroit Metroplex, and to find out how improvements to traffic flow and congestion reduction will affect your area, you can download the materials and graphics via the links below.
