Honolulu International Airport (HNL) is a major airport for Hawaii. Passenger traffic grew 1.2 percent in 2013 to reach 14.1 million. In 2013, 388,275 metric tons (427,103 U.S. tons) of cargo passed through HNL's facilities, for an increase of 1.7 percent from the previous year.
