This advisory circular (AC) provides guidance for the submission of reports under the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aviation Safety Reporting Program (ASRP).

This AC provides information to Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) fractional ownership program managers operating under 14 CFR part 91 subpart K (part 91K) and 14 CFR part 119 certificate holders operating under 14 CFR parts 121 and 135, seeking approval of Operations Specification (OpSpec)/Management Specification (MSpec) A063, Flightcrew Member Certificate Verification Plan.

This AC provides information and guidance material that a regulated entity (RE) operating under Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) may use when voluntarily disclosing to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) apparent violations of those FAA regulations listed in paragraph 2.

The LWE rate is used by the system with the appropriate endurance time (ET) regression equations and regression coefficients specified in an FAA-approved current database at http://66.46.192.186/RegressionInformation.html to determine the holdover time (HOT) or check time (CT) for an aircraft’s applied anti-icing fluid (Society of Automotive Engineer (SAE) Types I, II, III, and IV).
