To improve the relationship between the FAA and Organizational Designation Authorization (ODA) Holders, AIR kicked off the ODA Scorecard Prototype in May 2015. Meant to stimulate a constructive dialogue between the ODA holder and the FAA, the Scorecard captures data reflective of the performance of both. The Scorecard isn’t a report card. There is no pass or fail. The data is intended to be a starting point to foster the kind of conversations that will move us forward.
